Bold 9780 only using OS6 and cannot upgrade to OS7. But if you use hybrid OS, you can use OS7 on bold 9780.

Hi there, i am looking at getting the BB 9780 bold, but understand that there are limitation without BIS such as email. Can someone experienced in using 9780 please advise if I can use the web browser to access Gmail using WIfi? Also is the OS6 upgradable to OS 7?

To all users out there, this is the right time to buy bold 9780, cos the price was dropped as a new bolds launched. you wont regret buying this bold with an awesome specs at lower price. its tough phone. you can use it with pleasure.

I have one of these but in white and it is really good however the music button on the top if pressed in pocket will still play music even if the phone is locked. If u make sure u stop the music rather than pausing it. The battery life is also very good for people that use their phones a lot :)

my bold 9780 always set to SOS signal and my simcard being rejected. why does it happen? in one day, it could be SOS signal and my simcard rejected by almost 10 times.

erwien'z, 24 Dec 2011whether the product is already spread in bali ?I'm sure it has. I would be very surprised if it hasn't because this product has been around for 1 year.
