I got the BB 9870..... I just hate the scroll navigation key.... so unuser friendly.!! you made a mistake to buy the BB !!

I just upgraded to the Blackberry 9870, unknowingly, it just has a scrolling key for navigation.I HATE IT!!! then there are too many Icons on the home screen.. unecessary crap!!!! My Nokia E72 is better than this thing i just shoved in my cupboard!!

Love love love all BB's... I can't wait for my BB Bold 9870, which I'm getting sooon, can't decide on the colour though... Black or White, I was dissapointed to see how the white curve looks (semi-transparent)
Help!!! I'm leaning towards the black :)

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2011Looking at some reviews, this phone seems really good. I know that theres a BlackBerry Bold 99... moreif you dont like touchscreens, bold 9780 is your thing. phones are mostly touchscreens from now on.

For normal user without any plan, you lost everything, no email, no gps, laggy browser, paid apps, battery drain, and many more. Before this, Im using Nokia E72, then move to BB because I like the design of BB. But its my big mistake, I lost everything that I get free from Nokia.

Hi, I can't view youtube videos with my BB Bold 9780, each time I try to view youtube videos, it says buffering and later tells me an error occured attempting to play media. Can somebody pls tell me what to do cos it's not a network problem and am confused.

All application are only working on availing BB Services
without not possible due to this BlackBerry not good
and I suggest you don't purchase from BlackBerry
Iphone and HTC very good and you can access all application throw Wifi service

The Battery on this device is INSANE, 3 days without charging, a little bit upset 6.1 or 7 isnt coming to this phone,but BB OS 6 works brilliantly, email client is amazing, I would recommmend this phone to anyone, looking forward to see what RIM brings in the future :)

Hey guys!!! I have always wanted to have an iPhone 4 but in my country it is curuntly unavailable and very VERY expensive. So i settled down for the blackberry Bold. From all my friends that have it....there seems to be no problem at all with the device and that what attracted me to it....but as i have read most of the comments i am thinking that i had made the wrong choice.... i mean i want it alot because of the free internet services and it would really help me... but i have a few questions...
The camera is 5 mg so is the picture quality really good?
thn, the free internet thingi is that also for true? what do u get charged on?
I personally think that the phone is grear but i would love to know more about it and all the problems that you have with this tpe of phone...thanks

Anonymous, 17 Jun 2011Confused? Can't store my music on the phone? And pictures don't appear, even when taking photo... moreI think that is because of your memory card. I also had the same problem. So, I format the memory card. That is ok for me. So, I think you should check your memory card.

All bb devices requires data plan with your operator or anyone's operator ! if you cant afford it, then why u joined the bb family ? :D lol ur hilarious but for me and many people, this bb bold, just awesome :D
And sorry,, your reasons about hating this device, like browser issue, etc .. not happening with me and most of the users, its an individual issue so far.. so with hell buddy :D

Deepan, 26 Apr 2011I bought my new BB Bold 9780 yesterday and i found that the steel lining in the right side bet... morehey i have the same question or problemas u have..the screen is so sensitive... even lightly pressed, i reacts easily. when pressing the volume... it really hits the screen
