To the blackberry plan you should call mobile operator like- airtel, reliace,idea etc.

I've got a problem with my 9780. I can no longer access appworld. Everytime I try it says that I have to upgrade my blackberry id. When I press upgrade, there is continuous time out and it says that that the upgrade is unsuccessful. I tried deleting and reinstalling appworld but the problem still persists. Can anyone please help?

shalini, 07 Jan 2014i have the blackberry 9780 phone and recently changed the cover and housing on the cellphone.b... moreProbably the 'ribbon' that connects the screen with the board is damaged. try using your nails to press on the connector ribbon and press the unlock button repeatedly if the screen comes in to life for a second, then it's ribbon problem. The best solution is to replace the screen. (It's going to cost you though)
