This phone is very bad.. The keypad have many issues, like: aaa, ooo, double key input, very frustating for me!!

I had the black 9780, but got tired of black phones and gave it to my brother.
Now I own the white one and it is fantastic. Not girlish at all.

I bought my new BB Bold 9780 yesterday and i found that the steel lining in the right side between the screen and the volume key is little bit away from the chase. every time when i use the volume keys, the steel lining get pressed and hits the screen. when i asked the reseller he said this is how every bb 9780 is manufactured. Do any one have the same problem.

Blackberry has a lot of software problems and I have to install my entire blackberry two - three times a month.. I won't waste my money on such a phone if I were you..

the 9700 is cool as well and you can get aftermarket OS6 for it as well but i would suggest the 9780

Alt + Right Shift key for CAPS and
Alt + Left Shift key for numbers.
Shift key is the one with an upwards pointng arrow, a small "a" and a Capital "A".
