Anonymous, 11 Apr 2011what could be the reason for my bb to not recieve mms all of a sudden and how do i fix this?Hi ! Have u been able to receive mms before ? If not u have to send a mms first in order for start receiving but if u have iyts most prob just the settings ,ring your provider and theu will just send u the correct settings u can do it by listening to the options and they will send u a txt ! I've done it many times on other phones ! Hope helps x

All I can say is this is a gr8 phone its sharp has everything u could want in a phone and also looks fab esp in white ,not sure about ebuddy though sorry your better off going to a phone shop to find out ! Also it certainly does not unlock in your pocket as the unlock button is at the top of the phone I've never had that as an issue . X

Am intrested in getting this phone after giving a long taught. After reading all the comment in here. I have few question, hope your can help out.
1) What is the things i got to look out for when buying this phone ? i remember reading 1 comment here say that, look for a unit that made after march 2011.
2) Can what'sapp work without data plan/service ?
3) Can what'sapp work without BIS ?
4) Am form malaysia, if i get this phone i will sign up with maxis, is the Value Plus 50 package inclusive of the BIS ?

I'm also a heavy user (and prone to let phones 'slip' from my hands).
You can always get an Otterbox.
I've got the Commuter and it really gives an added protection without great bulk:

BB 9780 is a great phone. No software issues so far. I'm using it for a few months now, but I don't think the phone will last long, because it's not sturdy enough and I'm a heavy user.

i had this fon 3 weeks ago and i must say its the best fon ever....i love it so much and will never forget it......BUSINESS JUST GOT BETTER WITH 9780

I notice the BB 9780 does not have voice turn by turn navigation.
Please can someone reccomend where I can get free download for a turn by turn voice navigation that will work on this phone

I am sure this question has been asked a number of times before : BB 9780 or Nokia E72 ?
I want good sync between outlook and phone; Free Voice navigation; not interested in Facebook etc and don't necessarily want all email downloaded to cell.

In fact after ... moreMate you took words from my mouth ... this is exactly what i feel . i made a mistake by selling off my bb9780 and got myself HTC Incredible S and within couple of days i realized i made a blunder by getting this touch phone , worst i sold my bb . but than i learned a lesson hard way by shelling out 26k again to get a new 9780 . I doubt if i'll ever go to some other brand . BB is just perfect in which ever way you see .

has anyone heard of the new BB's coming out.. seen in google.. called montana and dakota.. apparently looks like bold but ALSO touchscreen and hd recording secondary cam(i think) 8gb internal mem.. has any1 else heard of..?? release dates anybody??
