Awiting the phone does anyone has any idea of when it will be available in our SA networks.
This will be good, great spec, cant wait to have a try on one :)
The BB Bold 9900 is the only phone you're gonna need for this entire next two years. My personal experience is, for the first time RIM got their facts right by providing a faster browser speed. All thanks to the new BB OS. It is slim but the feel is very 'Steel" like exclusive. Generally all its functions are very similar to the older models. Only one this BB tends to loose out to Apple, its apps and the email service. Sad that BB once known for their email service now lags behind the speed of Iphone. Try to set the email notification to push in your iphone and see the speed iphone receives an email compared to BB. I guess RIM has a lot to do for now.
I can't wait till this gets launched! This is the best BB yet and the ultimate business tool!
Its really taking time to release, it should not take time after putting on net....i am also waiting for it to come on market so i can deiced shall i go for it of switch to Apple.....
blackberry still has the best and not that expensive. after all, there's always a charger for you to charge the phone and extra battery always works.. :)
if RIM delay the phone launch late until September to improve the quality of that phone, especially on the battery life to be same as Nokia E6, i'm willing to wait and give time to RIM. But i hope the prices should not higher than Nokia E6 too much.
Every other company is releasing new phones but not blackberry, where's the 3g Playbook as well? Nokia has released new phones and they are meant to be in trouble.at least people made money shorting RIM stock.
I am choosing between Nokia E6,s/e xperia pro BB 9900.The E6 is out but i want a device that suites me not anyone else,i am the one using it and the auto-focus and super security make the BB 9900 a win.. But they need to launch it so i can buy i...
Sleek phone, but it's taking too long to release. Nokia E6 is already out, and I'm deciding between E6 & 9900. Hands-on would be good for comparison. Looking at the specs, 9900 still has bad battery life.
I will not buy this phone reason is the battery life. At least have 1500mh or more.

But they need to launch it so i can buy it..Come on RIM what do your engineers do for 40 hrs per week???
If RIM have 100 engineers that is 4000hrs per week of doing what exactly,,please tell me.
BB should hav launched dis phone by now cos Nokia has already launched E6 wit a price tag of 18K. BB should b aggressive on pricing the Dakota. Hoping to see it sooner rather than later.
