So I just got this phone a few days ago and so far I love it! Although it seems like a some of the specs are lacking, it makes up for it in the OS. It is one of the most interesting OS's I have ever used and I want to spend all my day on it learning all the tricks. Another great feature is the keyboard, and since I love typing, having the physical keyboard was a huge plus and the build quali
I want to upgrade my BB9900 but in Australia the Classic costs $500 or a 2 year $80/m contract, but can get a new Samsung S4 for $35/m. Blackberry does not encourage loyalty when it seeks to screw its own customers. So what to do, hell I might as well jump to the S4 and try to install as secure software I can find.
What do you think?
shabi, 07 Mar 2015which is the best? iphone or bbBlackBerry terminals are pure business phones, therefore if you are a business person interest in communication over a secure network, BB is the phone for you.
Also BB 10 OS can run, beside BB Apps, android apps and windows phone apps. I don't think iPhone is capable to do that.
BBM way better that facebook, BB Hub will be live at first sight.
But, if you are interest in playing games, listen music, selfies and other 16 year old kid stuff, an entry level android will do just fine.

By "pack" meaning all "things inside the box" that has come with your phone when you buy it: Phone, charger, USB cable, headset, etc. Those things are covered by the warranty.
Try to contact BlackBerry and find their point of view on your case, because it is just wrong.

Store policy here in the Philippines with regards to battery is quite different. It's not covered by warranty. And knowing some shop technicians here they will just open the device and replace the battery. Again, it's a hassle, money and time consuming. We know how easy to replace battery...right? :-)

Price: In my country BB Classic costs 349 Euros contract free.
My first ever Blackberry device.
1. Text messaging
3. A little in browsing
By far, the physical keyboard is superior & nothing comes close. Optical Trackpad is a + factor. Text messaging is now a breeze. Voice call reception and clarity are so good. Thanks to "Active noise cancellation with dedicated mic" feature.
Quality material and built is top-notch. Handling this device has a great comfort for its size. Easy One-hand operation is completely secured though it's a bit heavy in my feel.
Performance: good with latest OS version 10.3.1.2243
Battery: as far as my normal use Call & SMS with some few downloads only lasted for less than 24 hrs. Still I believe non-removable battery is a drawback.
Software: still lack of supported applications at Amazon Appstore
Price: still pricey for US$ 419.5 (Php 18,500.00)
