1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions.
3. Choose an app and tap the switch to TURN ON permission for Run When Minimized.
4. Restart your phone.
You can install Google Play Services on your BB10 OS, or you can go on m.youtube.com via web browser.

Cause - 0015 / 0016 / 0017 = A fatal file system error was encountered.
Resolution - Download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Link http://www.blackberry.com/blackberrylink on your computer, then connect your device and reload your device software.
If your device cannot be reloaded or displays the same symptoms after the reload has been completed, bring the device to your place of purchase for service.

I do not know if it helps you with anything but my charger model is RIM-C-0004ADUEU. I think EU comes for European Union.

I've loved the blackberry since I can remember but the Classic just melted my heart with its qwerty board, good ol' track pad plus touch screen and 10OS features. Problem is, last week my texts stopped showing the names of the sender, just the senders phone number, and that's driving me absolutely nuts. Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this?? Try to stop those applications and check permission that you grant for applications installed.
