BlackBerry

For Indian lovers of that classic BlackBerry form factor, here's some good news. BlackBerry has finally decided to launch the Classic in the subcontinent today. Furthermore, the device is already available to buy, so you don't have to wait one moment longer if you've been craving it.

The BlackBerry Classic is up for grabs at Snapdeal and at all BlackBerry Exclusive Stores. To get the latest iteration of a candybar BlackBerry with a full physical QWERTY keyboard underneath the screen, you'll need to pay INR 31,990. That translates into approximately $517 or €444.

The Classic was made official last year as the successor to the Q10 from 2013. It comes with a 3.5-inch 720x720 touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 2 MP secondary cam, and support for Cat.4 LTE (with theoretical peak download speeds of 150Mbps).

It's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, with a 1.5 GHz dual-core Krait CPU and Adreno 225 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, and a 2,515 mAh battery. It runs BlackBerry OS 10.3.1.
