BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 - user opinions and reviews

well am facing a problem i.e when am taking a picture via camera i am not able to zoom .....it use to work initially and now am not able to zoom while taking a pic ....just left with zoom once the picture is taken...
can anyone help me get out of this weird situation?

muju, 16 Mar 2011can we use internet service in blackberry ????? i can't use .....help me plz hi, muju. yes, we can use the internet on this phone. just go to MENU - BROWSER and make sure that you have load for internet if you are a prepaid user or you have an internet plan. You can notice the "gprs" word beside the signal, if its all capitalize then you are connected to the internet.
