I can't setup BBM, just updated it to the latest version. When I start this app it says setting up BBM, & even after 4hrs it still setting up BBM. BIS is already activated, OS is 6 and is installed properly. rest of the phone is working smooth.

my 9300 has a problem with pictures wall paper themes and all the visual thing you can see on it. it looks like a film even pictures looks like a film white turns all black same with other colors it turns diffrent. please help me. I have tried the reformatting already but it doesnt work. please is there anyone who can give a good suggestion. thanks
