Crap , 04 Jan 2014Worst phone that i ever owned true..to many faults..scroll ,software.less ram memory..peeling ... moreI agree this phone sucks. My twin brother has it and I have the Blackberry 9360 and I'm relieved that it doesn't have probs with the scroll etc. My twin bro complains bout the phone so much and we're both planning to get Android phones

Lutho Banzi, 03 Jan 2014Your battery does not get defective due to heavy usage of the phone. It gets defective because... morethat makes sense, I do overcharge the battery.

It gets defective because you over-charge it. Over-charging is when you leave the phone charging even though it has completed charging.
