Around abt last year october I sent this phone for repairs, the guys at bb put 6os without my permission, and now I have no games, I think 5os work's better what a terrible experience,lucky its I'm not the owner of the contract,otherwise I'd make a big scene at cell c

The optical trackpad is a crap. It reaches a point it stuck and thats it! you can't use it to scroll or enter. Tried to search for a solution on the internet, the only thing I found is a confirmation that this is a common problem with this model. I have to handset and the other is working really cool so far, 6 months. The other handset is not BB by the way.

One more thing, it depends on how you charge your battery, don't use your blackberry 9300 while its charging coz it will damage the battery as well the quality of it.

Some of you guys didn't really aware on your phone :p i'm using a blackberry 9300 too, and my battery was good in terms of browsing,streaming and using an applications, though yeah 3G consume a lots of battery however it depends on how you use it, mine i always have to switch EDGE if i'm going to use facebook,twitter and other social apps, remember, RIM created a bb 9220 which is 2G capable phone which is fast in social networking apps. duh?
