What a rip of , got this this phone for like 7 months and its already in the dying stages. Faulty battery ,internet . The rubber on the side is damaged , software problems, memory low , a waste of money rather invest on another model,

I've had this phone for 2yrs & not one single problem. everything works great, from the trackpad to the internet to all the programs.

I've had 3 of these phones on one contract and the track pad failed on the first 2. Now my sound doesn't work on the 3rd. Slow internet when it doesn't close text pages 'too large to load'. Biggest dissapointment of a phone I've ever had

natquay, 14 Dec 2012i can not access my bbm help me to do thatIf you can not get bbm you have to turn of all conections on phone, delete bbm on options>applications then perform a battery pul, start up phone then keep only the wireless on. Reset your host table and download bbm again from the internet from the blackberry website, not appworld. Once this is complete take your battery out for 30 seconds then restart.

IN today;s time BB is gone Everything is paid
NO free Skype....NO free GPS NO smart games.
Loads of problems including
Booting time
Frequent hang
Track pad sensitivity issues.
Pathetic battery back up ( its bad ...does not even last for a day).
No support/ customer care centre
Poor replacement policies.
SO DO YOU NEED AN EXPENSIVE PHONE WITH SO MANY PROBLEMS JUST FOR EMAILS...and that too now loads of options have come in and loads on android.
