I just purchased a blackberry 9300 but but the batteries run out quickly when I've tried to change the battery 3 times but still can not be more than 3 hours of use whyy?whereas only used for internet only please help ............

Hi anyone may help please i am using this phone and the is freezing like human being during winther time and try change the software still there is no change even if i have clear the log in still nothing....

My browser crashes constantly. Even on mobile specific web pages so its not just the occasional content heavy page. I've done everything to free up memory, no apps, clear browser history, deleted non critical files etc. Any help would be great!!

I had this phone for two years and now due 4 an upgrade, I must say that i really enjoyed the phone. I had no troubles and i would recommend it to anyone...any1 knows that the upgrade of this phone is?

when the trackpad is not working, just remove the battery then wipe it with a paper for two minutes after that press it hard for 10secs. then turn it on..
when it doesn't work just repeat the steps
