I love the phone however it once disappointed me when the track-pad froze and I couldn't use it, I took it to my service provider they took it in for 3 weeks only to give me a refurbished phone and now I keep receiving BBM requests from the person who owned it before and I bought mine brand new. #angryfordays

3G takes a lot on the batteries, I make an experiment of more than 10 hours using the 3G with no music play, only 2-3 calls(not more than 2 min) and text a day and the result is it can last only for 1 day.

The navigation key of my handset keep on freezing? Just want to know whether anyone else has the same problem?
It works for a few days, then out of the blue it does not want to do anything or move anywhere and the phone is pretty much useless without the navigation button..

Last night I charged my phone ,this moring I took my phone from the charger everything was reset I had to start from from scratch with bbm,facebook,emailing why is it doing that ???

Great phone. Battery life is great on 2G, but 3G uses a lot of battery power. Common problem with this phone is that the track pad (scroley) wears out really fast.
