The trackpad on this phone was terrible hated it the battery life was bad had to get a spare battery and the best part i shouldnt use Facebook as for bbm had just one contact to chat with!!!!!

Excellent device, remember this phone is from 2010, although some devices still have the scrolling in light glitch, generally all carriers will replace this at no cost to you. Otherwise, the best of the inexpensive blackberry's, if you want a bit more performance go for a 97x0, but as an entry-level blackberry it's an excellent phone. The dedicated media keys on top will be a pleasure for any who intend to use their phone for a lot of music, Slacker Radio and pandora fully support these. Swap to a hybrid OS from crackberry and you can turn yours into a blackberry with 1-3 day battery life depending on reception, app use, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Worst phone I have had. Had 2 replacements. Always crashes, very slow, rubbish at loading web pages and the internal memory and processor are lousy!

Hi, about this phone, it is really good, fast to access mails send and receive, I am getting a good battery back up, but my only issue is there is some problem with the dropping of network, ie, whenever it is in non network area it goes to the sos network and after coming to the network area it won't work it will be in the same status, so it is an issue where it has to be addressed seriously by rectifying such issues. Infact it is really getting annoyed while restarting the mobile.

I have this phone for 6mos and I'm having NO issue so far. The battery will drain immediately if you just let all your apps running.

i just bought the phone and my only problem is the battery indicator not showing any increase in battery level after few hours of charging. when i switch off charger and then recharge again,it will only take about 5 minutes for the battery indicator to show 100% charged!

The problem is that u can't use the phone for call/sms if u turned the mobile network off.. :(
