Anonymous, 21 Dec 2011Phone freezesMaybe your blackberry curve 9300 freezes because of the small clock appears in the middle of the screen.All you have to do is to reset your blackberry by removing its battery or by just pressing alt+rightshift+del.

DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR SOFTWARE
after i upgraded the OS to version 6, my phone began to slow down immensely.
right it is at a point where the entire freezes until you reset the battery. also the general speed of any form of operations has slowed down.
whats the point in a newer OS when you cant use it properly?

Thanks. :Dyou can use the desktop manager. you will find the "app management" and there you can update your software. alternatively, you can download/install a "device software" from RIM website (search "9300 (carrier) OS 6") and install to computer, then install to device. i recommend desktop software 5 since it is fast and easier to use than 6.
