i use E71, and believe me it's very different with BB.E71 it'S a ''PULL E-MAIL''....and BB it's a ''PUSH E-MAIL''. Well, it depends what you want. With pull e-mail, the phone automatically pull e-mail from your inbox to your phone every e.g. 5 mins or 10 mins, but with push e-mail every time the e-mail arive at your inbox then the phone ring!

Should give you what you want.
I have a 8330 from Alltel. This is my first and last blackberry. The problems with the phone are so BASIC is seems ridiculous to even have to state them. I travel to New Orleans on a regular basis. Would say you could set your phone to it, but you would have to have a non-blackberry to do it. When disembarking off the plane look at my phone and the time is wrong. Have to take a $500 phone and manually change the time that a free piece of junk from the local convenience store does by it's self. The other BASIC item is closing apps that are open. There is no close all or simple way of doing it. The only option is "alt" "return" and switching to that app and going through the effort of closing it and every single submenu. Then just keep repeating that for an hour or two till you get everything closed. Yeah real simple. Of course with my razor when you shut something off it actually closed not just hidden in sub menus. RIM and Blackberry need to get their act together or get out of the way.
