Noaman Zubairi, 20 Jul 2010hey guys... i am looking forward to buy a blackberry...probably a bold one...anyways i recentl... moreDear Noman, its true "all blackberries have the feature of being connected to the internet no matter in what part of the world u are" but you must have a data package from your mobile service provider, without data package from your service provider its totally a normal mobile phone.
One unique feature which blackberry have is it have one messanger BBM (Black Berry Messanger)by using this messanger you can send and receive any Black Berry user around the world free message, but for this also you need datapackage. Thanks

I think I will go for the Blackberry curve because it looks really very nice and elegant :) but I hope you could help me to find the Radio application as I really will need that just tell me where I can search for it?

Karim, 18 Jul 2010I would like to ask 2 questions please:
1- Is there any application which I can download to... moreThis is the answer..
1- Yes..in the BB app world..there a lots of applications there..n im sure u will find what u r looking for..
2- The main differences between 2G n 3G is only the Data speed..devices which have a 3G signal can upload or download faster than 2G..but it can coasts u a heavy drainage of battery..while 2G is a bit slow than 3G but still can do the jobs well n it can save ur battery more than 3G..In BB,actually it is not 2G..It is actually 2.75G (EDGE)..so,no need worries on that as i also use the curve for quite sometimes..it also loads up very well too..my frenz who r using the BB's 3G devices also normally use the EDGE rather than 3G in order to saves up the battery..
I would like to ask 2 questions please:
1- Is there any application which I can download to listen to the Radio on Blackberry curve 8900?
2- what is the difference exactly between 2G and 3G is there is a big difference and what it's benefit? because I know that curve 8900 is 2G so that will be fine?
Anonymous, 09 Jul 2010I have had an 8900 for approx 4 months. The biggest problem i've found is that the keys are t... moreall such phones have small button keypad. e71, 72, and all bberrys. so its a choice. to have internet access and to be able to carry it in your pocket, there is no other way.
i had used 8520 and did not like the trackpad. on using a 8900 in a shop, i felt it is more easier and precise. people say trackpad is better, but i think trackball. a ball does all the work - not your finger sliding against a pad. its a personal choice.
another thing - i did not find much use for a blackberry. but am interested in "being availble all the time" thing that is the strong point for blackberry.
