I have Nokia E72 with... moreI use a BB 8520 and it hasn't failed on me once, while my n85 didn't go 4 days without getting buggy. And no, I wasn't the problem. I know how to use phones, I've had over 20 phones in the past few years because I like to collect phones. And yes, Nokia has good features but BB isn't for morons. Especially since they are a far more stable messaging phone. As for Nokia's push email service... I would like to know just how stable it is? I chose my 8520 over the E71 because o the FB app, WLM and push email. Now that Nokia messagin "works" (couldn't get it to work on the n85) I would like to know if you've had any issues like repeated emails (someting I was told happens) or memory issues? And have you experianced any truncated emails? I had 2 and that did bother me. Although I'm pretty sure it was a vid or something because docs and pics arrive no problem. Any insight on these points?

I have Nokia E72 with a unlimited data plan from my service provider. Nokia messaging service is awesome and it same as BB push email service. Of course Nokia has better features comparing to Blackberry, now with this Nokia messaging service, i think only moronic will use Blackberry.

You obviously don't know how to use a Blackberry. It's so simple:
Copy your contacts to Microsoft Outlook and sync up ANY phone with it to get your contacts, or use Google Sync for contacts. I went from a Nokia 5610 to a Nokia n85 and my contacts weren't fully compatible, had to go one by one to fix them.... so syncing is the best way.
Desktop Manager lets me backup contacts, sms, emails, profiles, or anything on it except for 3rd party apps, at the same time or I can go to the advanced backup and choose what I want. Also using the same SW, go to App Loader and delete, add, update anything on your phone. So yeah, you don't know how to use a BB. I have BB and Nokia SW on my computer, even SE. Probably the best thing nokia has is the ability to save everything on an internet account (ovi share) that way, when my n85 deleted my pictures for no reason, I was able to use my computer backup (the manual backup of the picture folder since the backup file from Nokia's SW didn't save correctly) and Ovishare to reload my pictures. Blackberry hasn't given me any trouble in the past 4-5 months of owning one, Nokia n85 didn't last a month. Even my 5610 lasted longer than it did and was half the price.
I bought used 8900, when I install google maps v3.2.1, it cannot run, when try tu run it, it will load half way then gone. install and uninstall more than 4 times still same..any1 can help..?
just got my phone today
i saved all my contacts however when i get a text message, i have to go through the menu to the 'sms and mms' application to read the text. the contact name doesnt come up, only the number. this makes it difficult to know who is texting me.
the 'message' application on the home screen also doesnt do anything
does anyone know how to fix this?

-you can not send business cards as you would do with a nokia, can only send a contact as an attachment.
-Impossible to copy all your contacts from device to simcard. Can only do it one by one. I have 350 business numbers on my phone, it is going to take some time. Alternatively you could back it up with the most basic Blackberry software provided and then restore it to your new blackberry and only to a blackberry. So there is no easy way to copy your numbers to another phone.
-The Blackberry desktop manager is so basic, you really dont have any options and have to back up everything on your phone, not just only what you want to select.
As a very practical person i really battled with the blackberry 8900 and 8310 i had before. Rather go for a Nokia with all these features you need even on the most basic phone.
