basushaunak, 14 Oct 2014Sorry to break it to you... but days of 'Business people', 'Corporate use' are gone long time ... morewhat you are saying is right till some extent but when you use other smart phones then you would realize why nokia failed in samrt phone market badly and they had sell themselves to MS.
A part a class.its name is blackberry that's enough.not compare any other device!
I've gone through so many reviews of this machine. Though they are mixed,I've decided to purchase one finally. This is top end device till date. The shape may feel strange initially, but I think the brands like Apple, Samsung will also go for developing little wide devices in future. The features like hub, blend, amazon apps, touch sensitive key board, physical keys, rich look, wide and crisp screen, sturdy but graceful look and feel will be appealing for the serious personalities who are concerned with productivity on the go. This device is for classes and not for masses. Well done Blackberry.

I mean q... morebb10 mailing is superior to All other os because it dont requires developer support to serve best. It is just like you desktop browser experience. Stop spreading rumours. Security is not important to everyone because everyone don't keep sensitive information on their devices but govt. Army and other related services needs them.

It seems like u are a "soldiers" frm other brand.. back tp question, u cam always go to account setting n choose your email sync interval to "forever" if u really need old email. I don't want to write lot about security, but blackberry simply can't be rooted, and if it does happen, just hard reset your BB. To show how secure BlackBerry devices is, we don't need an anto virus. unlike others (OS & devices)
basushaunak, 14 Oct 2014You are really a fanboy! Can you tell us HOW BB is miles ahead of iOS/ WP / Android? I mean q... moreYou are highly mistaken ... Look at the blackberry assistant , the push email facility , the amazon store app, the battery life , the features , it's miles ahead of all other operating system and I can bet no other company is even close to perfecting the business use for handset like blackberry does . It's not for multimedia . Ridiculous comments by you

Can you tell us HOW BB is miles ahead of iOS/ WP / Android? I mean quantitatively? And how is it is more 'secure' than other OSes? and lastly - HOW much is so called 'security' important to 99% of smartphone users?
May be you should give us a side by side comparison with IOS/ WP 8.1 / Android 4.4 and BB 10.3...
I doubt you can - it is just plain and simple fanboyism...
I am also using a BB Q10, It is not that I don't like the OS or phone - but honestly, in certain areas - it simply sucks! And don't be amazed - mailing is one of them...

Monday 13th/ I have finally got my passport, and it is all I expected. To me,it miraculously incorporates the powerful capability of a corporate users $2000 UMPC (Ultra Mobile Personal Computer), all within the case of an easy-to-use accessible consumer smartphone. Just on a practical level, I'm impressed. It's strong, has a well-thought-out screen, has a powerful battery and an ergonomic keyboard. I'm happy, and no, I have nothing to to with BlackBerry.
bbforlife, 12 Oct 2014windows has fewer apps than blackberry world let alone amazon. Show how much you know.Blqckberry World have more native app like windows store? I don't believe you. I'm WP user and I'm really pleased with the app store. Yes it is not even close to my apple store for iPad but if blackberry have 200.000 app in bb world I don't need any reason to buy a passport
Counted myself lucky to have made the right decision to run to the telco shop to get the Blackberry Passport on the first day it was available in Singapore. Have been using the Passport since 27 Sept 2014. Really loved it! I used to carry two phones, a BB Q5 for texting and a Sony Xperia Z for surfing the net. Now the Passport is totally sufficient for me. There is no more need for an Android phone since I am able to run all the Android apps I need on the Passport. It is really the best phone I have used. Hope that all those who want to buy the passport will be able to get hold of one soon. :)
