art4848, 01 May 2012i have the same prob before...the battery cannot keep the power for a long period...I'm sorry to say it will die eventually, mine had the same issue (battery not holding charge) until one day refused to turn on :(

i have use this phone for 1 years
seriously this is the most piece of shit blackberry i have ever use
very laggy
i can hardly broadcast message to all of my contact without clock icon showing
standby time its okay
other than that insert sim problem keep bugging me
now i use blackberry 9360
very happy :)
