I have a Priv and i don't have any of the issues I've seen here below. Some issues are just people who don't understand the phone. The warranty is there for a reason. USE IT! Only the phone gets hot mostly when you play high end games, which is understandable. At least it doesn't explode like a certain other device..

Good day just unpacked my BlackBerry Priv. It's Awesome.Better than expected. Build quality smooth ness. 10/10. A top device. Iv practically owned every BlackBerry since 2010. This is the Best !!! Thumps up from me. Well done BlackBerry.

After the last update, my handset is cooking in my hand again, and is draining my battery. This happened when I got the phone for the first time in February, but the very first update solved this issue, but its back to its worst after the last OS update. Please help!!!!

Hi Guys,
I dont have any of the issues below, looks like faulty ones. If under warranty please replace the phones. Only issue I have is soft clicky back (and front 2 mp cam) but functionality wise its absolute brilliance till now (been more than 6 months). Try updating to Marshmallow with October patch for battery heating issue. Best option to by pass google is to use BB hub.

Hi I"m using Priv for a month now and its a very good phone from BB at last but for :
1. The phone gets heated up very quickly why any views?
2. I have installed MS OUTLOOK for my office work but automatically a blank message is sent to few of the phone contacts. I dont know why any views and solutions?
