i'm laughin' bout the FM radio issue.

still using "SMARTPHONE" as a radio? ridiculous. It's for business man.

anyway, i wonder, will there be a smartphone that has a built in washing machine in the future? haha.. RADIO

Rest in pieces BB, for you have finally dug your grave. I will be the last person to waste my money on anything Android, not even from BB company. What a suicide mission BB has taken. Look, Android OS is a crap platform in the smartphone world. Don't mind its popularity, its a common phenomenon with every open source OS. So, popularity doesn't really mean reliability. Do you know, after lollipop update an Android phone consumes 6gb for system files only? What then will an Android user with 8gb internal memory do? He need to move all his apps to SD card, and you know, doing that will increase the app hang /crash problems in Android platform. Even at that, not all app can be moved to the SD card. Now, when you add up the security problem of Android with its hunger for space and power, you see its uneconomical to use the platform, no matter how cheap it may be. What a shame - suffering and smiling; a hopeless and helpless situation they found themselves in. BB has shot itself on the knees, what a shame!

John, 23 Oct 2015I think its gonna fail. Hope not, but £579 (GB) is too much. But first of all, please consider to offer the PRIV with a polished BBOS as alternative say spring 2016? Please!

FM radio is so basic functionality, that is were present in many phones long before they were called 'Smart'. So more a part of 'Phone' than 'Smart'.

A little pricey but the specs are at least where they should be and the keyboard should appeal to many. Worth a look.

I think the phone is a clear win! Please Blackberry don't mess this one up. If you make it look cool enough you would be bringing action to the smartphone game. Samsung is just so lame for some reason. REMEMBER BBM? YOU NEED TO REMIND THE WORLD TYPING ON A KEYBOARD ON BBM WAS THE BEST THING IN LIFE.

some improvements and this would be the best phone out there, firstly they should have waited and had the latest cpu and gpu and latest os also usb type C and a finger print print scanner like any other also a minimum 5 megapixel front camera and the pricing should have been around $500 or even less as they are not the same as they were if they expect to come back in the market you need to come back with all this points trust me you guys will win and also superior c/s

Well, BB has 2 almost unique feature nowadays : FM, user replaceable batt. Now they remove those 2... But at least with a keyboard. Soon enough they will be exactly like all the others. Disappointing.
