Indranil, 01 Oct 2013The Q10 is a brilliant phone, with a solid QWERTY keypad. Cant fault the phone for everyday me... moreAs far as I can see q10 is actually reasonably priced in comparison to the price thst I have seen previous models sell for
Just have my Q10 for 5 days now. Shortlisted HTC one, Experia Z1, iPhone 5 and Galaxy S4. All great phones but my problem was with the touchscreen keyboards. My phone is a workhorse not a toy so I don't play games on the thing. I need exellent email functions, diary, camera and speed. Offcourse a brilliant keyboard. Had a BB Torch 9810 that was good although a bit(very) slow. Was worried about the BB takeover ext. but took the leap of faith with this phone. I can gladly report back that it is brilliant!! Keyboard better than anything out there. Speed on Facebook, Browsing, downloads.....Great. Camera amazing, even in low light. Docs on the go, music and file manager. Impressive. Absolutely love this phone and so glad, although tempted, I stayed away from pure touchscreen. If working on the go is you. This phone won't dissapoint.

the best BB phone ever released
very very fast processor, excellent design
its disadvantages is the screen size and the applications that is a disadvantage for all BB phones, at least for my country
samie, 08 Oct 2013hi guys, i just got this Q10 yesterday , and the 1st problem is the keyboard .. the letter b ... morefrom ur grammer, i doubt if u actually pressed/identified the key 'b' like u said.
Oh the joy of having a keyboard again is overwhelming....everything works. ..if only I could find out what everything is
Its an excellent querty phone by blackberry. Absolutely flawless, good battery backup and OS 10 is also superb.People (proffessionals) should buy this phone even at a premium price and will not repent for this spending.
I must say that blackberry have never dissapointed. Though i believe that the 9900 is the most pretty bb phone after which the 9000 was the most pretty handset in 2008 and 2009. However the features on the Q10 are phenomenal.
i just got this Q10 yesterday , and the 1st problem is the keyboard .. the letter b is not working properly and has to be hard press, the next day i wet to service center and they told it will take about a 15 days time for getting it repaired , ... does any one facing the same problem...
AnonD-158850, 30 Sep 2013Hi;
I need a real user response on this please.
I'm thinking of giving BlackBerry a second... moreThe main reason to get a BlackBerry QWERTY phone is for the keyboard. And while the Q5 is great to type on, the Q10 is absolutely superb. It's quieter, and the keys are weighted perfectly.
The only thing I prefer on the Q5 is there is more space between the keyboard and the screen, making accidental swipes while you type (which happen on the Q10) a non-issue.
I do a ridiculous amount of texting and emailing, so I went with the Q10. Haven't regretted it at all.
Q10 is my 2nd BB10 device, and it is a workhorse. Keyboard is improved over 9900 with hybrid predictive text (no flick though). Battery life is > 24 hrs. Cant wait for 10.2 with Miracast.
dissatisfied, 27 Sep 2013Does anyone's Q10 screen go black on incoming and outgoing telephone calls?Yes...my Q10 screen goes black when a call comes in! I took it back to store and of course it worked fine at the store. So I came back home with it, but it is still doing it just haven't had time to go back to store. I hate touch screen phones and did not realize Q10 had so many touch features or I would have kept my 9930. It was very user friendly and I wish I could exchange Q10 for it. I can sell 2 month old Q10 for $95 but a new 9930 would cost me $199. So I'm trying to get used to the Q10, did an uprade to 10.1 and now I have even more issues... like can't delete texts, keep losing yahoo connection, etc and have to sign back in all the time! Ugh!! If no fix soon, I'm going back to 9930!
hadi, 26 Sep 2013may i install the apple app on Q10 as well?like Viber and other stuffs?i am really interesting... moreTill its OS is not being updated to 10.2, you can install and use Whatsapp and Skype. Both run excellent. Skype voice quality is good and whatsapp voice message is great too.
mhinno, 28 Sep 2013Does BB Q10 Support Tango, keek, instegram & Viber? please to let me know. i need to choic... moreQ10 does not support Viber, Tango and/or Instagram. Have heard that Viber would be available when BB OS10 would be upgraded to 10.2 OS. Lets see, I am waiting for its official update.

I am not considering Nokia (or any other brand) at the moment, my main confusion is between the BlackBerry Q5 and BlackBerry Q10.
I do agree that (from my point of view), the Q10 is way overpriced beyond reasonable support (I know many might not like this, but again, that is my opinion in comparison with other offerings at the same price range). BUT, as I have long used BlackBerry devices before, there is something about whatever they make that is "special", don't know what it is or why is there anything special about it, I think only someone who actually used several models would know that feeling.
Now, again, I was interested in "returning" to BlackBerry again but got stuck in choice between Q10 and Q5. The way I saw it, Q10 is unrealistically overpriced (not new from RIM) and the Q5 on the other hand is having more features than similar offerings in it's price range (mainly the 2GB RAM at
