I'm mildly interested in this phone, could be more, I would like to see how responsive the touchscreen is. The Bold also seems nice and it very well maybe a better phone in the end.
I am also some what lucky, the CDMA version of this phone will be available in the next few weeks on Verizon Wireless in the US. Since in their corporate stores, all of their phones are live, I will play with one before making any decisions.
As far as iPhone killer or not, I dislike those sayings, a phone should stand on its own, not a comparison. If one likes Android, Apple, Blackberry, Symbian or Windows Mobile, compare a phone to those in its OS. They all have their good and bad.
Hey Turn On the phone then take the picture, look at that, it as if you're at the ski at night but without the stars loool....
In wifi is good to remind that each letter (a,b,g,n)have it's maximum transfer speed

Do you people listen to yourselves? Noone is forcing you to buy this phone!!!! If you prefer the i phone go and buy one and play with it. If you like 5800 wait to get one. Forums are for opinions I know but how is it an opinion when you rarely speak about the phone in hand."This is good but the iphone....." I dont give a f##K about the i phone if I wanted to hear or read about it I would go on the forum for that phone. Maybe Im being harsh but you are ruining the site. This site is for people who are interested on new releases and new specs etc. The I phone this the I phone that. my god people get a life.........
will it beat the htc. and the iphone thinking of going to wait and go fot it
Sorry guys, but there is no WiFi in the GSM version. Only for Verizon.
Anonymous, 26 Sep 2008wi-fi a/b/g ??? what is a/b/gIt means classes a, b, and g. (That's a good thing; laptops are equipped with what this phone has).
Looks like a winner. Just one more way to spend money on something you really don't need.
why is it that every time a new phone arrives theres always a comment about the iphone with any new device? theres nothing special about the iphone its just all hype. they have made phones 100 times better than the iphone isn't that saying some thing?
Didnt purchase the iPhone because there was a newspiece on gsmarena that there was a Blackberry Thunder on the way which would be all touch. 9500 seems to be a bulls eye for all corporate touchscreen phone aspirants.
does anyone have any inkling as to the pricing of this phone?
