I bought storm recently in bangalore and am unable to send messages. It says I can only save as draft but not send messages. I am unable to view videos as well as the media supported in not formatted. Any help will be appreciated.

pradeep, 11 Jun 2011i am unable to update my mobile i can update only up to 4.7.0.130 after that its not suporting... morebrother if you are getting the error that you do not have subscribed to the service then you first need to wipe your phone using JL commander then it will update easily

shrey, 08 Jul 2011storm 9500 is too good set,freindly to use but slow in actions or sometimes hangs up...please... moreThe most important thing is that you upgrade your os to the latest update ( 5.0.0.841 ).The second thing is that you free up your application memory by deleting the applications that you do not use . and if you have trouble regarding the touch screen ( navigation or clicking ) check the following link it really helped me alot and i have never loved my storm better
