This blackberry storm was the best phone I ever had tbh ... Before this phone I was stuck with a samsung blade on a 24 month contract ... After 6 months the blade charger broke and so my dad gave me his old one of these and got me bb services . The keypad took a bit of getting use to but I found no issues. HOWEVER!8 months ago the screen got a minor crack from school and I did not have any money to replace it ... The phone after that lasted 5 months until I cracked it again and the touchscreen failed on me so with witch I had to get a new phone which led me to the blackberry curve 3g which is the phone I am using now :) (overall the storm was my baby I would prefer it to an iphone )

i bought storm 9500 and is using Spanish language, i managed to change it to English. So the problem now is on yahoo, i can not log in to view my emails, it asks me to send the word START to 92500 and i am in Botswana. I tried to send it and it fails. Pls HELP.

Just double checking, does this phone have any keypads? Am having second thoughts about phones that doesn't have any keypads after reading the limitations and disadvantages (http://quazen.com/shopping/consumer-electronics/disadvantages-problems-limitations-of-touchscreen-mobile-phones)

- I have to constantly pull the battery.
- Keyboard is very slow in going from landscape to portrait mode.
- Battery does not last the day. Even when full charged the night before.
- Battery shows full, when you do a pull of battery it says the battery is dead.
- Constant problems with this phone.

How can I back up my contacts on this phone. I also think the restrictions are too much.
I also have a pin code on and looks like it is not allowing me to disable that function. How can I solve these challenges?

Very slow, sometimes freezes or give any error message, making us to take battery off and wait a long time to reboot.... some application not working properly such as yahoo messenger, gtolk..ringtone very slowly start..vibrate not satisfy...what i want to do?
