1.Install last version of Blackberry os.
2.Download and install trekbuddy GPS freeware.

Hi i have to say all blackberrys really lack on some stuff im using the 9500 at the min on the latest os v5.0.0.451 its the best for browser you dont need wifi for this model bad for apps i can only hold 6 apps sometimes 5 and when the screen rotates it takes about 5 to 10secs to change apart form that ok and my spare phone the 8900 love this fone aswell but no 2g very slow on browser need wifi for it brill for apps and the 9000 very slow to react browser ok but not as quick as 9500 only supports 8gb 2mp camera thats fine bit to big for a phone and my girlfriends 8520 very plastic when pressing the buttons no 3g brill for music it fine but nothing to be dyin for love to get a 9700 cause its the ans to all the errors on other blackberrys but i would love to see a full touch screen with side out qwerty keypad hopefully on the works cause i seen on crackberry they have a flip and slide on works

Go to www.crackberry.com and check the latest OS release I believe it's version 5.0.0.484. This OS works great on my phone.

i had a problem with my Storm 9500 until it had a software upgrade but now its working like a charm
