first of all i would comment that this storm is a beautiful buy but the only problem seems to be the battery and internet services... i cannot bbm on mine due to an unknown fact lol...well i have been trying to upgrade my software for the 4th time.. i sent it again to get an upgrade... i love it to bits but just cant hanlde the so many issues it has.

i have a 9500 my problem is the battery dont last and it times out for 15 minutes at a time it was bought over seas and i was told that i can not update the software as ther is no software update for itwhy is this?

how can this phone does not have a radio. how wud 1 listen to the news while walking or working in the garden. actually blackberry is so useless. every phone should have a radio, this is 2012 not 1990.
