This piece of garbage has a horrible build quality. I had two of them, sending it back to ATT today for good. The battery doesn't last for more than 9 hours even if you dont touch the phone. and on a second unit the plastic piece under the display (on off menu back buttons) fell off within the first hour i brought it from the store. It appears it was simply glued there. see this problem in a crackberry.com thread. Don't buy this crap this is the worst phone ever made by RIM

Hi everyone. I recently purchased the torch so far the experience has been good however, the other day i downloaded some themes from the bb app store since then i'v found that my torch has slowed down significantly it takes a few seconds to open some applications when before the downloads, it would do it in split seconds. i've deleted the themes but that hasn't solved the problem the phone would still lag for a while. can anyone help?

Best phone i ever had, had the bb 8900 to start with then the storm2 and then the bold 2 and now the torch!!!its an awesome phone!!!I can really recomend this phone to everyone!!

U hv to pay 299 for bb messenger or 599 for total browser. It's expensive but affordable. Net is very quick & smooth on touch. Owners pride & neighbours envy.

HELLO GUYS! I think, i wanna try a blackberry phone but.... :)
I would just like to ask "whats good or why do you like blackberry phones?"
because as i see or compare it to the other phone manufacturers, blackberry specs are somewhat behind?.. and many people are still buying blackberry phones.. So please give me a reason whats good about blackberry? being the no.4 cellphone maker.. thankyou :)

Hi all, recently upgraded the version of OS 6.0 on my Blackberry package Torch (package 862) last version. I noticed a slight improvement in speed in passing from the menus (favorites, everything, etc.). But I see that now the phone "thinks" more frequently. Appears very often the little clock for about 3 to 7 seconds. In that little period of time I can not write or do anything else with the phone. This has become very annoying. How to resolve this bug?. Restart the phone?. Thank you very much and greetings to all.

Please find below answers to recent queries:
1. If you use BB services, the monthly plan in india, than you don't need to pay additionally for facebook and yahoo. The plan has unlimited data transfer. Be it vodafone or airtel.
You can only use gtalk and yahoo messenger. If you have activated bb services. But after that you can usethem through wifi also.
2. Though I love this phone alllllooot. Bt if I wudnt hv needed d bb services. I wud hv gone fran iphone 4. Buy this if you can't avoidbb services. This has 80 percent of theexperience of an iphone.
3. Yes it can stream you tube videos perfecly in full screen like iphone.
