HELP, BB do you not know you have the best phone ever. I love qwerty keyboard cause I'm still an email'r. Have friends that regret giving up their BB upon trying newer phones. I would like some updates but nothing enough to make me give up my BB. I would like BB to have a better rep about staying around. Please come out with a grabbing new phone with a lot of the same good features plus updates. Grow your market share back with former & repeat customers. I would like a computer/TV/phone, bigger screen, keep keyboard within easy use of finger touch and slider design is perfect.

Why does my Torch 9800 say that it has a "Trackball" in the settings instead of "Trackpad" because now the Trackpad doesn't scroll at all and I can't fix it. Please can someone help me! I've tried re-installing the latest and oldest Firmware and formatting my phone but nothing works! Thank you..

I have one of the good batches and haven't had a single problem with this phone in the whole 3 years I have had it. I appreciate that you might have your own opinions, but this phone is a great phone and always make sure you get a decent one, and you look after them.

I have mixed feelings about the Torch 9800 I really like having the option of larger screen for viewing photos compared with traditional blackberry which I had previously, and love the slide out querty keyboard for serious texting. Only downside is it stopped receiving my emails 3 times in 5 months, and it is not easy to get them back!! The only way I am able to do so is by going into O2 store in nearest town and getting them to wipe the phone and start again. This would normally be easily resolved by going into set up and then clicking on email, but the email button is frozen until phone is wiped.
