hi blackberry lovers,
ummmm ive never ever used one ive always been more into nokia or the omnia pro and then this really caught my eye a touch design and qwerty but stylishly flips up instead off stupidlu on the side WOW....
now my question is since ive been working and i really need the internet and my emails to get through on my phone im guessing bb are really good for this? not only is it easy to use a bb? please can someone just give me a little feedback what these phones are like with service and how there different if not better thankyou guys for your time :)
I love this design, only problem is, i don't think there is any way to cover this cellphone, only because it's a slide-down... that would be the only problem I'm seeing at the moment, then again you do have those wallets, but NOT a cover-up
well i think it's the next big thing, RIM finaly got into the fast lane
anyone has an idea how to get it in the middle east or west africa?
i'm a frequent traveller among Nigeria and Dubai and would love to have it ASAP
thanks in advance
LI, 09 Aug 2010dose anyone knows if it will be available in Europe? or just for USA? ThanksYes, it is coming to Europe. RIM hosted a London launch event at the same time as the NYC one.

shahid, 07 Aug 2010i am planning to buy 8900 or 9700 bb which is the best and can i use internet using wifi as in... morePlease do be advised that most likely you can BUT the bad thing is that you must always have a Providers data plan otherwise the wifi is also dead.
b, 08 Aug 2010can we use the camera flash as a flash light/torch?I don't know about Blackberry Torch but this function is available in Nokia E63. In E63 you just need to press space bar to activate torch.
Anonymous, 07 Aug 2010People pays the extra buck for a 1ghz processor on a phone that software does not require a 1g... moreWith the same processor as in the 9700 with a smaller screen BB still put a 1500 battery in that and a 1300 in the torch, complete with a larger screen. Your explanation, and the logic of BB doing this does not stack up.

I just played with it today and i'm in love.... i think im gonna go AT&T.... i love the internet on it much better then my 9700
Haters will hate, lovers will love! Simple as that. Haters will always seem to find some flaw in it somehow. People will have problems with it cuz it doesn't load the page as fast as iPhone 4 or Android but I don't really give a shit if it's 2 seconds slower. Not a big deal! I was a Nokia fan and I was WAITING for a BB with a better camera and specs so I could upgrade. This is the perfect phone for me and I can't wait for it to come in Canada. I'm standing in the line.
Anonymous, 08 Aug 2010oday I was in AT&T shop and see the Blackberry Torch. I was surprise to see how good it wa... moreWas the touchscreen really responsive? I wasn't really impressed with BlackBerry 6. It just doesn't seem enough, but I do like the design of this phone. I liked the Palm Pre but that just felt too cheap, and this just might replace my Curve 8520 if the exeprience is as stable as my Curve. Too bad we might not get it until next year here in Mexico.
[deleted post]And I don't care that yourdon't care how many phones I've got. I was just pointing out that some people don't seem to believe the fact that some people can have more than one phone. If you don't care, then don't bother answering or commenting to my comments.
