Use 9800 & 9780 since november 2011.
Like both, but torch has got a shity battery. I had already changed 3 of them.
Now I gonna try Q10 & Z10.

Lets face it. Blackberrys are the last choice in smart phones. Too expensive, not user friendly, behind the market by a long way. I have a new Blackberry Q10 (a work phone) it is a lot better than previous models. It is still behind the market though, can't see it in sunlight, the screen is way too small but it is getting to where smart phones were 2-3 years ago and that about says why the blackberry is failing in the market place.

What I like about this phone is that itgive you the flexibility to type on the screen or the physical keypad. I don't mind the ramdon uggishness. All phones have that issue. Good job rim!

renee, 08 Jun 2013is it capable in skype?Hi, for mor than 1 year I've been using BB 9800. It's good phone. Mine can't be used for skype apps. I did tried and failed. For using skype needed higher specs.
Overall it's good phone, but don't expact moren since the phone has only less than 1 gb ram.
I love it b'coz dual: T/S and keyboard.
I'm looking for bigger screen 5, or 5.5 with Touch screen and keyboard and never find until now.

Blaze , 26 May 2013I have heard this phone has poor battery is that trueNo it doesn't have poor battery. I have this phone and it lasts for 3 to 4 days. Don't take any second thoughts and if you are thinking of anything else regarding this phone-find out the answer and I am sure you will love it. But get a black 9800! White is rubbish and the keys don't show
