hi, i been using this phone since 18 months and its working fine including you tube or any video on different websites. it's very good phone.

joras, 16 Apr 2012i downloaded it but again can't play youtube video..i live in nepal so any solution for it ...... morebb can't play you tube videos cause it does not support flash. Convert the video to avi format and it will work.

its just that i believe it doesn't hold enough charge

As an owner of both the 9800 and 9810 I just wanted to give some helpful info. If you have a choice between the two, get the 9810. It has a much better screen resolution and the processor is twice as big. Battery life is about the same with the 9800 maybe slightly better. Videos play so much better on the 9810. Anyway, I can usually be found in the 9810 forum. Just trying to help.

Why am I getting a slow response from this handset, two weeks when I bought it, it was the best thing ever but now I'm disappointed.

torch 9800 dreadfully slow cant upload an entire album just 1 pic at a time they dont want to give the free apps so they frustrate you even more its by far the worst customer service ive ever experienced.words are words explanations are explanations but only performance is reality

my BB 9800 says "Initialisation failed" after i powercycled my phone.. i have tried removing the sim card and inserted a new one and it says the same thing..
can anyone here help me what to do with my phone??!
