Please I want to get the BB9800,but I'm more concerned about the keyboard,as I'm not really comfortable with touch
screens.I am presently using BB curve 3G.is the keyboard of this phone as good as that of the BB curve 9300?

it has 2 main bad things...
1- u can not selectively mark photos.
2 - u can not save ur phone contacts in memory card and can not copy contacts from Black berry to an other phone...

Black Berry is a Good Brand with Poor Battery.

Very good brand but as is mentioned above it has a poor battery perfomance. And i wish it could play mp4 format files.

Really Enjoyed I Got The Black One And The Paint Didnt Peel Off. I Guess It Only Happens To Red. I Replaced its Back Cover With BB 9810 So It Look's Like it. And Also Used OS7 Theme. But Still The Phone Doesnt Lag. THIS IS THE BEST PHONE EVER

black berry is a good brand with a very poor battery. please improve on that so you can be the world best providers.

I find found out that d green, menu, back and off buttons on my bb torch 9800 are always ON even when the backlight is off. Pls is this applicable to all torchs'? Or is mine faulty, answers pls

I got the wine color of the phone about 6 months ago, and the color has started to peel off. Despite it was much more expensive than the black one, my friends who bought the black ones have an advantage over me now cause I have to replace because it looks very embarrasing now.
My other friend has the lwhite one, and it is peeling too.
I would recommend a black of this phone to anyone.

I have had mine for about 1 year now and it's the best phone I have ever had. Only had to do a battery pull twice in that year...no dropped calls, no camera issues, no browsing issues either......really good phone...OS 6 is great and facebook app is the best....its fast and easy to use.....only wish is was a little faster but is good for email and taking pics.....great camera...

the phone is good, i just got a small problem when i wanted to connect to my network, it was saying i have to switch on the radio, unfortunately on the speciafication there is no radio. i wonder what was this all about. any help?

disappointed at all gsmarena users who have given this phone a good rating.
- battery life is horrible
- software is laggy
- calls drop constantly
- paint chips off
- camera button is unresponsive
where else could rim go wrong?

BlackBerry Torch along with all the good features has one major drawback with the handset. The polish of the handset would start ripping off just after the few days of purchase. I own a red color handset while I cross checked with others in my circle and to my surprise they are encountering the same issue irrespective of the color or metal texture. It's horrible to see the handset now just after 2-3 months of purchase and spending big bucks is just in vain.
