I have a problem with my phone i cannot download BB Protect it says it cnt be downloaded on a handset that uses BES and im using BIS not BES. Everything is working on my phone and i can download other applications.

This model, i really disappointed in the video format option. Even I converted the files at recognized formats and my phone still dont play it. really hate. also i cannot make video call by such expensive phone.

I hve been using torch fr 6months..and trust me its awesome, i chnged frm bb curve8520 to 9800...the keypad is so easy to use nd it feels great.. Its totally value for money :-):-)

I have used almost all of the blackberries and i usually end up selling them real quick. I just traded my 9360 for a 9800 about a month ago and although it was already in used condition im loving it, it does lag sometimes but, so do all the other blackberries. Battery is the best ive seen in BBs so far and the keyboard is really comfortable to type with.
