abdul gunner, 05 Jul 2011My bb9800 is working perfectly for the pass five months but now is freezing, the keys are not ... moretry removing the sim card/battery then replace them into the phone, if it still plays up try removing some of your items from the memory ie the apps you've downloaded, then it should work
