Indecisive, 05 May 2011BB Torch or Iphone 4 ??I would say, iPhone 4 can a little bit more also more popular as well. But I would suggest to wait for the 5.
nice phone, very elegant. only thing that bugs me is that networks here in the Philippines don't include streaming in their unlimited internet plans for blackberry.

Ganesh V, 05 May 2011I am using the mobile for three weeks now. The phone is really great. I was using BB curve 890... moreI agree partially with what have you said
Battery : I have the BB Pearl and I am happy withe the phone as such but the battery life is too short with me , i need to charge it at least twice a day ..
deagni, 04 May 2011worst phone ever made by blackberryPlease advise why you say that.
I am using the mobile for three weeks now. The phone is really great. I was using BB curve 8900 for two years, then moved to iPhone4 and then to LG Optimus 2X. I could not resist with both the phones for more than two weeks after getting used to blackberry for 2 years. Though iPhone is popular in the market, personally I feel no smartphone gives a good battery life as Blackberry does. At end of the day you need a good battery life than any other features of a phone. I always spent time to find ways/apps to enhance iPhone/LG battery life than spending time on it features.
If you are person who love to do below then Blackberry is your choice:
1. Long time phone calls
2. Less use of social networking. Probably once in 3-4 hours.
3. More use of instant messaging like BBM or Gtalk etc
4. Person who loves easy & fast interface.
5. Person who loves to use keyboard shortcuts to finish the work quickly (which no other full touch screen provides).
6. Frequent mail communication
iPhone4 misses many features. For anything and everything you need to install apps. That is the reason you have more than 300k apps in APP STORE. I agree you can play HD games, videos in iPhone. But what is the use when it cannot provide a good battery life. Blackberry has all basic features a phone should have, then why do you need apps? Blackberry is also improving its quality by upgrading its hardware in future phones. So i think blackberry is no way compared less than other smartphones. Go for it.. You will definitely like the phone!!!!!!!!
Hey I have had this phone for the past 4days and am happy with it overall,i felt it was a good buy though quite costly at $700US unlocked. The only thing it might lag or freeze at time but not very often. The build is good its just that there is a little bit of movement at the bottom of the screen when typing with the onscreen keyboard.also am loving the sunset red colour protected by a clear see through hard cover case and a wonderful privacy screen protector to avoid scratches.Overall 7.5/10
My torch does not stay locked when using the lock button on the top left corner. I know I can use the password feature but I prefer to just lock and unlock it as needed, but it keeps coming to life right away. Please help!
