Anonymous, 14 Mar 2011please who has a solution or idea on what to do when torch hangs, i mean a permant solution...... moremine doesn't hang but will have memory leaks sometimes... try hard reset (remove and re-insert battery) or call customer support?

Shady, 10 Mar 2011honestly guys what is the battery life of he Torch. i am in the middle of choosing a nokia N8 ... moreIt's alright.. mine works approx 1.5 to 2 days after heavy use whilst paired to the bluetooth handsfree as well.. lower the screen brightness down to around 60% and you're at a good spot.. it's set at 100% by default and seems way too bright that way.. plus eating at your battery..

Frustrated, 11 Mar 2011Some missed calls are only found under the Phone icon and some are only found under the Messag... moreHonestly, the BOLD 9000 was a far superior phone, very user-friendly, perfect size, keyboard was good. I hate the touch screen of the torch - you can accidentally put a call on hold when your ear is too close to the screen while talking to someone!! so annoying!screen is a step backwards, it has not lived up to expectations, i am so disappointed with this phone i am thinking of switching to the bold 9780. I wish the would release an upgrade of the bold 9000.seriously.

Shady, 10 Mar 2011honestly guys what is the battery life of he Torch. i am in the middle of choosing a nokia N8 ... morehi man.. i m currently using bb torch.. i tink the battery life is great after the firmware upgrade.. it can last twice the time compared to b4 the upgrade... i use all the phone functions like constantly and the bettery has never died on me.. u should get this phone.. :)
