The back cover does feel flimsy compared to the 9800 but the 9810 is well built and solid everywhere else. It should NOT be QWERTZ. That's wrong. I'm sorry to tell you this.
Plz I want somebody that knows well to answer me. I bought this 9810 three days ago and hav noticed the phone feels so cheap wit very ugly inferior plastic back cover, the silver chrome around it looks as its gona scratch off as soon as possible. They can also be found on Ebay, and I believe Sun Global has them. Just remember that it will need to be programmed with the original battery or the BB won't accept it. Doing it is very simple and the pairing device should come with the battery.

I was playing with one at the AT&T store last week. It's an amazing device, but, IMHO, the BB is still a better choice for business type stuff.
N43L, 29 Mar 2012Hi! i need help, i can't decide which bb should i buy, 9810, 9860 or 9790I've relied on YouTube when it comes to phone previews. I found a Blackberry Torch 9860 vs Blackberry Torch 9810 video on YouTube. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jt8jFvWOngA

You've been answering and helping users here and that's why I trust you regarding BBs. Thanks a bunch!
I truly need a reliable phone for emailing and creating documents and I guess this is the one I need. I've been obsessing with BBs but my hubby always insists on me to just go for the Samsung Galaxy S2. I would want an S2 but I've been dreaming of getting, holding, using a BB for years, so I guess it's time to make it come true.
Again thanks a bunch!

Hi all! I've been considering to buy BB Torch 9810 but I've read that BB 10 phones will be launched later this year. Should I just wait for the release of BB10 or just buy this?
PG, 02 Apr 2012Hi does the 9810 have a overheating problem like the 9360?Don't have a lot of experience with the 9360, but my 9810 only heats up when I am pushing the processor hard in a weak signal area. Normally mine doesn't heat up bad.

velpecla, 31 Mar 2012i want to know which is better bb or the htc mobile in all aspects plz rep as soon as possibleOK,here's a general IMHO, but individual models may vary. In general, Blackberry models are better built and are more secure. BB is a closed OS, where as Android is not. Most HTC phones are Android, but some are Windows Mobile. I've seen that,in general, BB antenna and signal strength is better(Motorola is still best with antenna). BB OS 7 brings great improvements regarding internet, but Android and Windows are both still better, but not by much. That said, BB compresses data, something the other native OS Browsers don't do. That can make a difference if you are on limited data. As most HTC phones use Android, you would have access to Android Market, which has tons more in volume than BB App World. In the end, it's a personal preference. Try them both out at a store and see. Hope this helps.
