You may have an app hogging your memory as well. I was having issues until I deleted Pingchat, and things went back to normal. Hopefully, someone else here might have info that I am overlooking if this doesn't work. Good Luck.

It has a much better resolution and about twice the CPU because of the bigger processor. However, I found battery life slightly better on the 9800, but not really enough to matter. Basically, the 9810 is the suped up version of the 9800. They both get the same push notifications and social feeds.
Anonymous, 30 Mar 2012How do I upgrade to os 7.1 Got my link to download 7.1 on Crackberry.com. You can updating your 9810 on Blackberry.com. That didn't work for me because AT&T won't let it's people go to 7.1, so I went to Crackberry.com. I since went back to 7.0 because 7.1 took away my ability to manually switch between 2G and 3G/4G. I work in a weak 3G signal area, so that was a deal breaker, so I switched back to 7.0
Hey I'm trying to make a decision on what blackberry to get for my upgrade. I currently have the bold 9700 but fancy the torch for my next phone, what shuld I get the 9800 or 9810? Does the 9810 have all the normal social feeds, bbm, facebook, etc as normal bbs?
My 9810 showed a message "built-in memory error please try to reformat". When reformatted the torch just freezes at start-up.Reprogramming done of service centers can't fix the problem. Please help. Thank you.
ihiy, 27 Mar 2012i really need your help here.. i've read all the opinions here,,but no one ever give the deta... moreDon't see Dre around so I'll help. I have settings similar to yours. With a full charge, I can go about 8 hours before needing to recharge. That's with medium to heavy use of the internet, email, and Facebook updates. Other factors that matter are variables in signal strength. If your phone is in a weak area, it will drain more juice trying to maintain a connection. Hope this helps.
Asher, 29 Mar 2012Is the bb torch 9810 has a long lasting battery?See comments elsewhere, it's about average and better than most Androids. You will need to charge it every day if you use it.
Hi! i need help, i can't decide which bb should i buy, 9810, 9860 or 9790
meong, 27 Mar 2012i need help,,i have some question and it seems to me that you might have the answer..(hope so.... moreWell, everything spec wise is better on the 9810 compared to the 9790, including the camera. The battery life on the 9790 might be a little better, but I'm not sure. Speaking of battery life, the 9810 is much better than the 9900. That said, none of the newer BB have great battery life because BB OS 6 and OS 7 are great but the phones using them have smaller batteries. Yes, you will be charging your phone everyday, but that's true with any smartphone if you are using it.The build quality is good. You shouldn't have any problems regarding the slider. I've owned a 9800 and had this 9810 since it came out and both are solid. The ringer volume is not bad. That being said, it pales compared to my Motorola RAZR blows everything away. Hope this helps.
Guys , need ur help .. Which one do you think is better to use ? 9800 or 9810 ?

chimaijem, 26 Mar 2012Hello friendz. i need technical help with my BB9630, i bought this phone last year but recent... moreDon't know a lot about the 9630. It has it's own forum here and someone there will know more. Still I want to help if I can. If your 9800 is not having reception issues then the problem is the 9630. Try a battery pull to reboot it then try and update thesoftware from BB Desktop or directly from the website. If after doing all that you are still having signal issues, your antenna may be messed up. Your wireless provider may also be able to run a signal test.Hope this helps you.
