slie, 11 Sep 2014im having the same fone and when somone sends me a video on whatsapp it doesnt play. what seem... morewhere do u downloaded the whatsapp?. if u downloaded from blackberry world it will works fine if u installed apk app then it will not work much good try to reinstall from blackberry world. for me its working fine.

hi guys i am using this phone for almost one month its really a good phone for normal user with good battery life and typing experience is great. it works on normal data plan based on ur carrier and browsing speed is good (inbuilt browser) wifi works great no prob so far. it support most of the android apps than z10 becoz hardware is designed to support android apps too.
The display resolution is 720x1080 by benchmark test software and its true i too find out by playing 720x1080 resolution video which fit to screen.It support full hd video but flv is not supported by inbuilt video player u can download some other browser for flv player.
In camera is above average u can use HDR mode for perfect photo in day light and at night photo have some noise but its good to share in social sites..
There are two partion in blackverry Z3 one for blackberry os and another one for android while u install diff app it stored in diff partion if u download anything in andriod browser then u must want to go to file manager -> misc -> andriod -> download then u can fine the file which u downloaded, If u downloaded in inbuilt browser u can in download folder in file manager
It support MX player too which is one the best video player in android but it does not syn the video from sd card or from inbuilt memory it syn the video which is in the android partion file manager -> misc -> andriod. if u want to play the video just move to this location.
The ram memory is 1.5gb but os ocupies nearly 1 gb only 500mb is available for user but procesing is good. the only thing there is delay in opening apps like 2-5 sec max some games takes more time to load due to less memory after loading the application works fine without any delay or hang
only 4 application can be run in background. (expect email account u login in blackberry, gtalk, yahoo, whatsapp facebook are always online and runs in background which is connect to hub)dont use any apps for email account just go to settings add accounts u can add many diff email account u can.
The battery takes 3 hours to charge now days mostly all smart phone take 3 hours to charge (jelly bean , kikkat )so its normal charging time. battery back is really good if u use wifi it last for a day even in 3g too. it uses blutooth v4.0 (mainly version is developed for low energy usage)
It does not support DLNA and NFC but there is wifi direct file sharing and mircast to share a screen on hd tv.
I am looking forward for 10.3 os version which is going to releases end of the year with some major updates in camera option and equlaizer in music player and more.
blackberry OS is best than any other OS(Android ,IOS , BADA , WINDOWS) which provide more security for the users most of the gov officials in developed country they using blackberry for security reason.
In all Smartphone there is a drawbacks if u look at those Drawbacks u can buy any phones if u want to try diff and want to be diff from those android users u can buy this mobile.

priya, 09 Sep 2014i heard that this device has some wifi issue. Is it? I am planning to buy. Need ur suggestions.No it doesnt have any problem with wifi.it works very good. i tried it. blackberry os is the best then any other phone.im using this phone from last four months everything is good. fast browsing,its look like a premium device nd also very good battery backup.just go for it
