Dinku, 08 Aug 2014This phone is not user friendly....I don't agree with you. Maybe you refer yourself and imagine that everyone else are like you?. Have you read the tutorial application in the handset.
On an afterthought, do you have a BlackBerry phone?Have you tried a demo at any of the outlets?

But I would suggest you visit some BlackBerry oriented sites ( crackberry, n4bb) so that you get a lot of information. I never would have enjoyed my Q10 and Z30 without the treasure of information available in the web.

It's not vibrating in normal mode even I enable 'viberate ' option, but it works in 'viberate only' mode. I want my phone should ring & viberate for incoming cal. wat to do now??????

I am posting this only for your info nothing else. I am not a smartphone user but i surely purchase Z3. Remesh pls keep in touch i know i have lot of doubts to be cleared after purchasing the phone.

Honestly speaking, I am no expert in BlackBerry nor in their service terms and conditions. All previous BlackBerry devices were carrying 1.5 years of warranty. Maybe things are changing now.
