Looks like the forum is changed for Z 10 BlackBerry instead of sharing opinions for Z 3. I owned z10 earlier knew the merits of bb 10 os still got z3 to use bb on larger screen size as editing over documents is cool on 5" display rather than 4.3". Half the price of Z30 and same ease of use.

STL 100-2- with 4G ( Qualcomm chipset)-Tri band HSPA+ 1, 5/6, 8 (2100/850/900 MHz)
STL 100-4- with 4G ( Qualcomm chipset) made for USA, canada, Mexican operators- Quad Band 3G 850/1700/1900/2100 MHz
So , it depends on which part of the world u live and the frequency used for 3G and LTE.
Performance vice all are same.
