I have just bought a Z3 BLACKBERRY but it does not take calls it shows a letter "H" by the rite up corner of the screen,what could be the problem?

My phone was excellent before but now it just went off an change everything in it on network an shows emergency calls only for something I don't know why it's happening like that so need help please help me.

Best phone ever been using it since 2014 and it's not showing any problems I have dropped it several times and nothing happened it's a really good phone

Kuda, 02 Jun 2016i have a Z3 in Zimbabwe, can't access blackberry world.. Help! How you brother yea blackberry world can't be accessed in countries like zim,zambia,mocampique.....you have to be in south africa so that it can work efficiently

Anonymous, 13 May 2016noyes dail *147# if on cellc then choose the option that says add service u purchase a bb10 lite plan it gives u 500mb for R39 but even after the 500mb data is used up u can still use bbm free till the month expires thats how i use mine try it works 100% on cellc

Shit Berry... slow, network bugs, it won't work in 3G speed all of sudden after some OS auto upgrade. Blackberry doesn't have any concrete reply or released solutions. I am not sure, they look to be still experimenting may be....
