Ihave blackberry z3,and iwas trying to reset the device password and I end up touching a wrong place and the device is just showing"www.bberror.com/bb00-015..please help me because am really stress up..because itried to hard reset,soft reset but to no avail..please help!!

Shit Berry... slow, network bugs, it won't work in 3G speed all of sudden after some OS auto upgrade. Blackberry doesn't have any concrete reply or released solutions. I am not sure, they look to be still experimenting may be....

I have used BlackBerry Z3 since September 2014, and now there is a problem with its battery, there is 'ghost touch' which make screen moving by itself, without I touch.

Hey for some reason my phone refuses to come on , its showing a yellow light when charging but that's about it , no sign of it on at all .
