don't worry about apps if you are planning to buy BlackBerry guys. BlackBerry world has plenty of apps. You just need to find. It also has a lot of nice games. Try finding and you will find good games in BlackBerry world.
Regarding the OS, it is very nice and cool. The next update which is expected by end of this year will further add so many features that you won't regret at all buying a BlackBerry 10 phone. Go for it.

This is for all those who talk about Android apps on BlackBerry. Yes Android apps will be working and some of those may show some lag. But the thing is if you search for apps in BlackBerry world, you will hardly need 1-2 android apps. BlackBerry world has almost all major apps- whatsapp, twitter, facebook, Evernote, True caller etc which are native apps and work very well with. Try searching for apps in BlackBerry world first. You will find many native apps that work really well. You will hardly need to download 2-3 apps from android. With more than 1.50000 apps and many native apps you will need android apps very rare. I'm a z10 user and till now I didn't need to install any android app. Have all the major appd as well as games installed which run perfectly fine.

Does bb still has 3 years of warranty?

true, there are no nfc in this device (http://id.blackberry.com/smartphones/blackberry-z3/specifications.html), no gyro, well it's budget minded. hope the z3 internasional version will have this nfc and all.

I've already use this BB Z3 Jakarta edition for several days. It doesn't have NFC (the spec above is not valid). All is working fine but wifi reception is poor compared to my other device (BB 9320, Q5, Samsung Note 8).
It's price is 2,199,000 IDR (approx 195-200 USD). I bought it for about 1,500,000 IDR (approx 140 USD) since it was pre-order promotion price.
