I brought this phone last year. I face many problem with this phone, like charging and updation problem.somehow I overcome all this problem. its working properly..but now suddenly it stop working and switch off and not turning on, just red LED is blink for a moment when I am turning on my device......by serach on internet .... I feel its os is corrupted dont know how....
now I feel I made a mistake to brought this phone..
this is very bad phone...

I bought this phone in the previous year... after some months my phone shows notification for upgradation... but I did not.... after somedays I lost my BlackBerry id.... so I wipe out my phone.... after that phone shows notifications of anothrr upgradation... and now the main problem is now my phone donot have sufficient speed when browsing on 3g on full range... what I will do... will another upgradation reduce my browsing speed???

I have purchased a blackberry z3 about a week ago,,,after using it for 3 days,,,it got hanged and asked for restart,after restarting it,,,it doesn't moves on to the main screen,,, only thing I can see,,,,""stages of setup"""plz help me out

As is expected from newborn operating systems it has tiny flaws that needs improvement, but not to worry because software updates shows promise and development is evident. Superb battery power. Novel user interface that is exciting to use. Android app compatibility is of course not the best but is fine. Overall performance, I would give it 8/10.

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2015Hi.just bought z3 can anyone help me I need to download watsupp..thanxYou can download Watsapp.apk from android and place it on your blackberry sd card and then install it through file manager or simply go to blackberry world in your mobile and search for watsapp app and install it(requires internet on mobile)

loos@r, 11 Sep 2015I update my BlackBerry z3 but it can't update. Somethings interputed pls help me? you can update it using the blacberry link. but before doing that, make sure you have at least 2.5GB free space on your internal memory. i recently updated my z3 to the lastest BB10 OS

Just updated to 10.3.2 yesterday and the experience is awesome, the phone is smoother than b4, I ordered an iPhone 6 online and thinking of selling it after this update... only one thing BlackBerry lacks which is apps and I hope John Chen does sth abt it,, we need more native apps better than that android junk
